My family and travel evey year to Dublin, Ohio for the Columbus Zoo, which we have always stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton. The last three years staff has been rude and dismissive. Our most recent stay, I stood at the desk waitng over 10 minutes for the staff member to acknowledge that i was standing and waitng for her to finish a very long phone call. My family and I will return to Dublin Ohio, but may seek other hotel options.
