I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The food at breakfast and kickback (which is an amazing offering) was great. The indoor/outdoor pool was so much fun for the kids. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Even parking in the "bat cave" was cool. I am happy to switch to the Drury brand after staying here.

Upon our arrival on Thursday, we were informed by the hotel manager that our reservation had been canceled due to a late arrival. Our original check in date was Wednesday, May 7th, and we called the hotel to tell them we could not make it until Thursday. We were told it would be no problem. Despite explaining that we had traveled from out of town and were in urgent need of accommodation for the remainder of our stay, we were met with an unhelpful and impolite response, stating that no options were available and that assistance could not be provided. As a result, we were forced to secure alternative accommodations at a different hotel in the city. We had been looking forward to our first experience with Drury Hotels; however, we were extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we received and the overall experience. We reached out to the appropriate departments and have documentation confirming that our reservation was valid and not canceled, yet we were still met with rudeness and a lack of support.

Cleaning lady

The stay very nice. The only thing we found odd was that we had placed the do not disturb placard outside our room and, what we think was the cleaning lady, opened the door. We were getting ready and heard a knock at the door and before we coukd get to the door, she used her card to open the door. She saw us and said "oh i thought you were gone." We thought it was weird considering the sign outside our door. We left the room shortly after, and took the sign off to have the room cleaned but when we returned later that night, the room had not been done at all.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly! Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location was great for attending events in the nearby entertainment district. Restaurants were just a short walk down the street.We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone on staff was wonderful. The food was not edible- the free meals were awful. And we paid to get a meal from the restaurant on site and it was awful too. The chicken was pink and the potatoes were cold. My daughter and I ate granola bars we packed all weekend.
