3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the heart of the Short North, one of Columbus' most vibrant neighborhoods. Steps away from High Street, where you will find everything from restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, yoga studios, breweries, art galleries, and so much more. Free off-street private parking for 3 cars.

The Space

Colorful decor, coupled with comfortable furnishings, creates a unique feel in this 1920 two-story home. Ceiling fans, central air/heat, Samsung Frame TV, and high-speed WiFi are just a few things you will enjoy during your stay.

Bedroom #1 features a King upholstered bed with memory foam mattress and reclaimed wood accent wall. A small ensuite bathroom w/simple stall shower, sink and toilet is attached.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Serta bed, vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3 has two twin pillow top beds and a reading nook with large chaise lounge (about the size of a toddler bed). A double high Queen air mattress is also available to sleep guests #7 and #8 if needed.

Please note: All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home. There is a small half bathroom located on the first floor.

Kitchen is equipped with major appliances, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Keurig K-cups for the coffee maker are provided. Maytag front-loading washer/dryer are located off of the kitchen for your convenience.

Dining room is furnished with Crate & Barrel table and vintage chairs, which comfortably accommodates 6 but can seat up to 8. Living room has Samsung Frame TV and is furnished with extra deep couches that are perfect for lounging at home. The first floor half bath is located under stairs in the dining room.

3 free off-street parking spots located directly behind our private backyard area are available for guests to use during their stay. The backyard space is fenced in with a newly replaced 6-foot privacy fence, and includes a pergola lounge area, a dining patio, gas grill and fire pit. Perfect gathering space for enjoying a cup of coffee or a cocktail at night!

Getting Around

Our home is in the most walkable neighborhood of Columbus, so it's easy to get practically everywhere by foot. Uber, COTA bike rentals and public bus are also available.

Great location, walking distance to everything! House is old and small but they’ve done a good job making it work well. It could use more attention to cleanliness as garbage was overflowing and hadn’t been cleared in awhile. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen. We made owner aware of both issues but were not resolved while we were there.

The house was comfortable with easy access, including off street parking. A great coffee house and High Street within easy walking distance. A few essentials were missing when we arrived, eg toilet paper for all the bathrooms, kitchen sponge etc, but the hosts promptly suppled the necessaries.

Perfect location

This is our third time booking this sweet house. It's perfectly located to easily access OSU, downtown, and the interstate for other destinations. The neighborhood is walkable and close to grocery, restaurants, and bars. Private parking is wonderful, and public transportation is easy to access if you don't have your own vehicle. We'll be back next time we're in Columbus!

The location of this home was perfect for walking to campus for the game, fun and food in the short north and fourth street! Could get a little bit loud from street noise at night. Hosts were very responsive. House and yard as described. Would stay again
