Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Room was very nice. And very clean. Really nice hotel. Manager Zenia was super.
BUT I had reserved a hearing/mobility room thinking mobility would include bars. The room we got was only for hearing impaired. No bars around toilet or in shower (just a small one). I was NOT happy. They did try to see if another guest would change with us. But could not contact that person. But they tried. Hotel was fully booked though.
Without bars it was very inconvenient and I could not give my husband a shower nor could he use the toilet in the room. We had to use the handicapped accessible bathroom by the pool and exercise room. Also the room sink did not accommodate his wheelchair making washing hands and brushing teeth more difficult. So although I really like the hotel, the room was totally inadequate for our needs and not what I thought I had reserved. Please tell whoever does the room descriptions on the internet to describe this room ONLY for hearing impaired. . Thank you.
