The property we thought we were getting had some sort of issue so the host messaged us two days before and gave us two other options. Neither were as nice as the one we originally signed up for. We got there and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The microwave didn’t work and we could not find the remote for the tv in the bedroom. We messaged the host about that and they never followed up. The couch in the living room was so uncomfortable so it would have been nice to watch tv in bed but we couldn’t. I messaged the host afterwards because I didn’t want leave a bad review and basically it was a sorry you had the problems but oh well!

I stayed in German Charm 2, and it is charming. An excellent house for our short stay to see family. The house is well equipment for all your needs. it is in a very quiet area and is walking distance to all amenities. Matt, the host, was very attentive and responded to emails promptly. I would recommend this place to all that are visiting Columbus. It is exceptional value and much better than a hotel room!! I will be staying again.
