The check-in was very easy and quick. Staff was very accommodating. They provided a replacement remote just after check-in. In the morning, my wife accidentally dropped our vehicle's key FOB into a storm water grate in the parking lot. Staff was very helpful offering tools to help us successfully retrieve it.

I was told that I didn’t book 2 Rooms even though I presented a Travelocity receipt and itinerary. I was told that the 2 rooms on my receipt meant I would get 2 beds in 1 room and not 2 rooms. It was ridiculous and I was forced to purchase another room on the spot. The attendant on staff the next morning agreed that I had indeed booked 2 rooms and encouraged me to contact Travelocity to see what could be worked out.

The front desk woman was very friendly and took care of a booking issue I had. The room was straightened up every day by housekeeping (3night stay), I was not expecting that. The breakfast was well maintained by the woman who ran that. She was very friendly and funny! Found out that the property was under new management and that they will be renovating but overall the facility was well maintained. They were even power washing the heat/ac units the day we were leaving.

I booked two rooms at this hotel through hotels.com and have an email confirming it. However when I got to the hotel, they stated they only had one room reserved for us, and had no more rooms available. We made it work but I’ve not had this occur before, and would like to feel confident it won’t happen again. Also; the bathtub was badly stained.
