The room was clean, however, the bed was hard, and the wall unit sounded like a tornado. The toilet was so low to the ground I felt I was falling and am only 4'11'. There is no body wash in the shower, the hair dryer hangs on the back of the bathroom door and bangs around and if you have a room in the back, you have terrible I-270 traffic noise. Parking was fine.

We are a long time Hampton Inn guests and it was our preferred choice, but this is the first time I've ever dealt with something like this, my daughter and wife stayed for a school trip, in and out. To my surprise, we were hit for a $250 cleaning fee. Worst was the terrible explanation and rudeness from the staff and management. Absolutely disgusted by this whole ordeal, hotel guests beware.
