Room was dirty, hair in shower and bathroom. Paint peeling and chipping off, cabinet door for refrigerator hanging loose, door to room with large crack that could be seen through, no cover on peel hole either. Old, used place, seen better days and obviously being poorly managed. Breakfast was minimal, staff on phones at front desk and seemed uninterested in customers. Other Hamptons like in Easton area are much nicer. Don’t waste your time here.

The person preparing breakfast seemed completely overwhelmed and was not able to prepare enough for everyone. All other staff were hard working, kind, knowledgeable, eager to create a great experience. Our room was very clean and neat and well maintained. Not so for some of the other rooms we saw.

We have a limited diet and can’t eat carbs. The breakfast bar had runny scrambled eggs. Hard boiled eggs were satisfactory. The turkey bacon was limited and not replaced at 8am. There wasn’t any other meet options such as sausage or chicken patties. We asked for the shampoo to be refilled (afternoon on day of arrival) in the bathroom dispenser. It was not refilled in our 2 night stay. On a positive note, we arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in. This was much appreciated. .
