Room was dated and neglected. Lots of damage. Carpet in junior sweet was taped down. Was charged for parking even though I didn’t have a car. Hotel understaffed. Front desk on phone most of the time while neglecting customers in front of them. The prices reflect a better product than what you receive. Needs major improvements. Stay elsewhere.

I didn't stay do to a death in my family. I asked for a credit for a future stay since they said the room was non refundable. They basically said oh well thanks for the money. No refund. No credit, no condolences. Based off principal. I will never stay at hilton establishment.
