The staff was so great especially Terryl, Jessica and Matt. However, I was originally put in room 309. I had to move because the toilet didn’t work. The light switch didn’t work and the shade wouldn’t go up and down. They were very accommodating. I moved to room 313 where everything was working however in room 313 the bathroom of the ceiling was falling down and had a lot of water damage.

Charged a $350usd smoking charge and I don t smoke. Having an issue getting this resolved. I am Cansdian so almost $490 and they are saying nothing they can do. Checked in at midnight, went to bed and was out early in the morning as was passing through. How does one prove that I did not smoke?

Staff were overworked and not properly trained. They were incredibly nice which made me not give the lowest possible rating. I really felt bad for the staff. Breakfast was a disaster with not enough food for the number of people who are there. There was black mold under the caulk in the bathroom tub. I had issues with keys. The front automatic door is broken. It's a shame because this is a nice location by the Columbus Expo center. They certainly have a lot of people there. It looks like the ownership is not investing in the hotel in an appropriate way to make it a good experience. It's a real shame for IGH to have their name associated with this one. It felt like a cheap motel.

Clean the front entrance from snow. There was a lot. Put some rugs to avoid slippering on wet floor, especially when there is snow outside. Open breakfast on time, or possibly few minutes early, not 5-10 minutes late.

Wonderful stay, room was very clean, well kept and quiet. Beds are very soft and comfortable, plenty of pillows and a warm blanket. Staff is top notch! Hard working and incredibly polite and professional. Each staff member is polite, helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with.
