We were greeted by Susan at desk with friendliness and care for what we may need. She explained all the amenities and offered to give me website info for highways heading south. Everyone we came in contact with were great! The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was nice and looked much like the pictures, but smelled of big spray or something chemical in the space. Bathroom space was very cramped. There was a school team of some kind running up and down the hall late into the night, and the hotel placed us on the ground floor where all the foot traffic had to pass by, so we probably would have enjoyed it more without that :-) For the cost, there are less expensive hotels in Dublin that offer more for the money but this one is nice.

The front desk people are always so nice and friendly. Truly appreciate them and always making my crew and myself welcomed every week. They always make it feel like home away from home. The front desk crew (we normally check in around 3pm) they go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need.
