Bathroom had visible trash on floor. Drains were practically clogged and barely drained. Room looked as if It had not been vacuumed. Room smelled very stale.

One elevator, very slow. The other one out of service for 2 months. Stairwell totally filthy. Staff (Cleaning) auguring and quitting. Only issue one key card per room. Breakfast attendant not replenishing items or checking to see what items are low. waiting on coffee 20+ minutes and had to tell check in desk. Night shift personnel parks car right out front where incoming guess has to park in the parking lot to load/unload bags

Elevators didn’t work. 1st room - toilet didn’t flush, smelled like mold, floor felt nasty, lamps didn’t work 2nd room (suite due to having to move me) had mold and cracks everywhere, a nasty wall, empty space with no furniture and a AC unit that made noise. The only positive I can give is that the staff was friendly and they approved my refund.

Employees Star and the one I had this morning at the front desk were excellent. Star was extremely professional even though an unruly person was in the lobby and was trying to interrupt her while she was dealing with me.

I've been staying here for a week and a specific secretary refused to let me heat a coffee in the microwave. Besides, it's an old coffee because they don't change it daily. I really can't say anything good about this hotel because they don't take care of their good customers.

The stay was good . The room smelled a bit. It was almost like they cleaned the carpet and it didn’t dry enough . The floor was a little damp. The bed was comfortable. The service was great and the breakfast was good too.

This was my first time staying at La Quinta and definitely will be my last. First issue was that I pre-paid for this stay using Expedia, but I was charged again at the hotel. The AC unit was very loud and didn't blow out much cool air. The bathroom door did not close completely. There were evidence of mold on the ceiling and the walls. Don't bother with the free breakfast. There's inadequate seating for the guests and choices of foods were slim. During our stay there were motorcycle gang party down stairs blasting music and revving engines. The manager did absolutely nothing to manage the loud ear deafening noise from those inconsiderate idiots. The linens were also dirty and the towels had yellow stains. If I still have not convinced you yet, try for yourself. Enjoy!

Old food was behind the entertainment center. The staff was not friendly at all and had what I can only assume as friends in the lobby. Ignoring their customers when we were entering or exiting the hotel. As a woman traveling alone I will NEVER stay there again. I did not feel safe and will question whether we stay at another La Quinta.
