On arrival at the property at midnight, I waited at the front reception for 20 minutes and no one came to help. I also called the number several times and no answer. I was forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Overall it was an ok place, our AC in our room did not cool to the temperature that it was set too so we would get a little hot at night but it was a short 2 night stay so wasn't too concerned. Also the breakfast was good and started on time every morning.

Smell bad

Stayed a night because we was heading to the beach so drove half way, room smelled so strong of cologne and I have bad allergies and asthma. Ask to change was informed there was no more rooms check for a new place to stay everything was sold out if it would have been for my 4 year old I would have sleep in the car. I am having to go to the doctor due to a asthma attack and allergic reaction all over my body I was miserable on my family vacation at the beach I couldn’t even have a good time!

Hotel is looking older than I previously experienced. I was also charged an additional room tax besides what was charged by HOTELS.COM. Room service was poor. Morning staff very cordial. 2 lights did not work in room and there was a big stain on bottom of couch that was hidden by a table pushed to it. Looked very gross.
