Free parking is highlighted in the listing, which was a main thing that attracted me to the property. After sending payment I was told there was no remote control available, that I would need to download the Roku app, minor inconvenience. Then when I received the check-in instructions the day of, I was told that the parking pass was NOT available and I would need to use on street parking which required feeding the meter every three hours. I was in meetings all day during my trip and could not just run back to feed the meter. So after feeding the meter for the night, during which there were people loitering and making me feel uncomfortable, I returned to the unit to watch TV with my downloaded Roku app only to find there was no actual Roku connected to the TV. I decided that enough was enough and I booked a room at a Holiday Inn down the street. After asking for a refund I was informed that they were only willing to discount 15 percent, even though I didnât stay there at all. I often travel for business and this was the worst experience Iâve had with accommodations. Renter Beware!!! Their management made it obvious they were not interested in my safety or my concerns.
