Check in was easy. Booked on line but when we got there the room was finished yet, so was offered another room on ground floor. Worked out great do to my husband just had eye surgery ( steps would have been an issue). Very friendly ,place was clean and very affordable. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great experience. Staff was friendly, our room was clean and the bed was soft. I only wished tĥere was a comfortable chair to sit in. Other then that for the price it was great.

Clean room and friendly staff

After a terrible hotel the night before in Cleveland, I was hoping for much better in Columbus. I was greeted by a friendly and professional older woman at the front desk during check in. She made small talk, asked what brought me to town, and gave me all of the appropriate details needed (where my room was, where to park, coffee in the morning, etc). When I opened the room's door, I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with a cleaning smell. This made me happy since my room at a different hotel chain the night before was so disgusting. The sheets/blanket, table, bathroom area, and everything was very clean. The only complaint I had was a stranger approached my car in the parking lot and asked if I wanted to have s-x for fun. I was completely taken aback as I assumed he worked for the hotel, because it looked like he came from the front (it was a bad assumption on my part) and he motioned for me to roll down my window. Thankfully he didn't see what room I came out of, but, I always urge folks to be mindful of their surroundings. The checkout process was fine the next day and the front desk staff (a different, young woman) was friendly, too. No complaints.

Spend the little extra and stay somewhere nicer!

Typical cheap motel 6. Room was dirty, beds were horribly uncomfortable, found a roach crawling on the floor the seond night, was leftover food and drink in the mini fridge from a previous guest and microwave was dirty, shower sucked, nobody came to service the room. Didnt expect much and couldnt even meet already low expectations.
