Only one working ice machine and finding the floor it was on, 5th level, was a like a bad treasure hunt. The one working staff person didn't even know which floor it was on. During check-in we were required to pay for use of the safe and had to request a refund when checking out if we didn't use it?!?! "Complimentary" coffee provided in the morning was so watered down I threw it away. Coffee maker in room hadn't been cleaned in a while. Only one of two elevators was operating. The only one set of window curtains in the room were inadequate in keeping light out when closed. Complimentary lotion not provided. We will not be staying here again.

Redroof Inn Plus

For the price the place is fine compared to the prices of the other hotels around you. The bed is not comfortable and parking is across the street. The parking is 19 dollars a night not bad. Hotels around are charging 35 to 45 a night. It's only a five min walk to the nationwide arena and there's plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

It was fine. Expensive for what you get, I thought. The room was very strangely laid out. The light switch for the overhead light was hidden behind the microwave. There was dirt and dust in most of the corners and along the walls of the room. Not so much that it was repulsive, just not thrilling. The woman at the front desk was nice. They also don’t provide do not disturb signs in the rooms. You have to go ask for them. At one point, a woman just flat out came into my room while I was there to try and clean. Aside from all that I slept fine and it was fine.

Good for the price

Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Great safe location. Parking is $19 and right across the street. Room was very clean. Property is a little dated and the furniture is very basic. Overall a good experience. I would stay there again

It's in a prime location if you are looking to stay downtown. However, this location is very outdated. The tv showed very few channels and no apps for me to log into. The tub in the bathroom was stained. I was charged a per day fee for having a safe in my room which I never requested or used. The parking lot is across a busy street at $19 per day with no alternative. I do not remember seeing a charge for parking when I booked this room or a charge for the safe that would never be used.
