stayed here to go to a festival at Legend Valley. chose it because it was walking distance to the shuttle stop. they have many food options around the hotel as well as room service and a bar/restaurant inside. there’s a little corner with snacks and travel items for purchase that’s 24/7. area was nice. hotel room was fine. the shower door wouldn’t stay close but we just propped it close with a towel. will stay here again.

I loved the stay. The rolm was great. The dinning room. The fact that latitude 41 is right inside the hotel was awesome. The breakfast was over the moon.

First night, I went to the restaurant in the hotel and was served food pretty promptly but then I was ignored for the next 20-30 minutes until a server that was helping tables all around me asked if I needed anything. The next morning I ordered food to be delivered to my room for breakfast. A simple scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with orange juice. I left a comment to include some strawberry jam for the toast. I was delivered the eggs, bacon and orange juice and 2-3 cups of potato squares. The second morning I woke up and luckily had breakfast provided by the conference I was attending but the cold shower and no hot water on the 4th floor was a special delight. If I ever come back to the city I will not be staying at the hotel.

Please upgrade the bedding.

The renovation was not great. The lobby is beautiful. My suite was spacious. However were are holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The beds are horrible, probably the worst that I’ve slept on. And I travel a lot. I was also overcharged for my stay. I am a Marriott rewards member, however my discount was not applied. The bathrooms are very tight and the toilets are extremely low. Their customer service is amazing, and Andrew at the front desk needs to be promoted. He is a total asset for this hotel.
