I’m very upset with this company and with this hotel I got calls that woke up me and my daughter between 230 and 3 o’clock both nights that we stayed. I feel like I deserve a refund and they are not wanting to give it to me so I am on social media and I will Run this hotel in this company in the ground until they make it right. It was dirty how I was treated and then they act like it’s no big deal. I even called the front desk. Me and my daughter was scared to death because somebody kept calling us and hanging upand none of my family members knew where I was and if they did call, they called my cell phone so I feel like this company did me dirty and I feel like they should reach out and make it right and give me my refund.

Os is an older hotel but very clean. Tbe pool/hot tub area is nice. The staff very nice. Rooms clean, lobby and breakfast area clean. Nice breakfast something for everyone. For the price. Nice stay.
