Service guy came (also super friendly) reviewed it and called the front desk/reception. Suddenly it was possible to be reassigned. However in the new room, the upper long half of the window, did not close properly. You could also stick a card through it - and therefore the noise from the freeway is coming in. The front desk manager told us, that this pretty standard. We feel a hotel by hilton and at that price point should be better - especially with the windows. Cleaning was okay, but not 100% diligently. General its too high priced, for what you are actually getting there."
