Beautiful house, as part of a private Villa quiet and familiar, recently renovated on the principles of low energy consumption, with a modern accommodation equipped with every comfort. In a panoramic and sunny area, by nature, with garden and private parking space. Equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Guests will have at their disposal an accommodation of about 90 square metres, inside the Villa, composed of a double room with a private and complete en suite bathroom, with a large emotional shower, a triple room, another bathroom/laundry room, with a large shower with overhead shower, a kitchen area equipped with everything, a dining area and a living area for relaxation, a private entrance in order to feel free and a space outside where you can eat and enjoy pleasant moments of rest shaded by the majestic red beech trees.
When you wake up, the birds singing will make your stay even more special!

Access to the villa is possible directly by car. At the gate with video surveillance, the host Monia will welcome you and give you all the necessary information for parking and to disable the alarm system in order to access the accommodation.

(Additional Como-Stay Tax is requested: 2 euro per adult per day, only for the first 4 night, to be payed directly ti owner).
