Anna and Frederica were 5 star but the hotel is no where near the photos on Expedia. Furnishing were of poor quality. No services available between 6 pm and 9 am.

Perfect location in Menaggio!!

Love it! Get a deluxe balcony room! So worth it for the amazing view! Very close to the ferry. Easy 3 min walk even with suitcases. Close to everything.

This was a perfect stay in Lake Como if you plan to be busy about town seeing the sites! We traveled by train, and this was only a few quick steps from the train station. The staff was super friendly and responsive. So close to all of the shopping and dining Lake Como has to offer. Highly recommend!

Due to air conditioner not working, we were moved to a different hotel under the same ownership. This hotel was not nearly as nice as the Convo. AC did not work that well and it was very hot while we were there. We never actually got to see a room at the Convo. We only saw the lobby

Love the location. It was a hidden gem. Parking is a bit of a pain. Unload in front and then go to the parking garage. Isabella was fantastic. She actually made our stay the best. So helpful and full of advice. We are American and it was my daughter’s first stay internationally. Isabella made it great. Super thankful to have found this.

We had an amazing stay at the Convo! It is situated just one block from the lake and multiple restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the town for shopping and more restaurants. Isabella was wonderful and so accommodating. Bring euros or wire prior to arrival because they do not have any credit card capabilities there at the moment. We will definitely recommend the convo for any friends or family visiting Como!

We spent a night at this small hotel in a quick trip to Lake Como. It was affordable and perfect for our stay. Very clean and with the essentials we needed for our short stay. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Isabella was very responsive to our texts and offered an amazing customer service. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly as well.
