Pool was on the smaller side however being steps away from the river compensated for it! The a/c did struggle to keep up and was a little warm for our liking at night but overall it was a great stay! Would highly recommend staying in this awesome home and community!

My sister’s favorite place is Concan and after going through radiation and chemotherapy we wanted her to be able to visit her favorite place. Lone Star and Frio River Vacation Rentals didn’t let us down!!!!!

The house is just perfect for a large group and everyone was able to have their own rooms and bathrooms!The outdoor setup is amazing, with everything you could want to enjoy the beautiful view. The covered patios with lights and ceiling fans came in handy when it rained a bit so we could still enjoy being outside. Reservations were so easy and everyone was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful, perfectly located on the river, so spacious, the kitchen has everything you need including extra coffee pots and crock pots. It comfortably sleeps 34 and has plenty of seating in the dining area which can also be used for playing games. We loved the addition of the canopy and fans to the extra patio space that overlooks the river. The only drawback was the house is handicapped accessible but the roll in shower does not have a handheld shower. That is a must for someone in a wheelchair and I am hopeful they will replace the current shower head with a hand held one before our return next summer.

It has so many amenities, so everyone had something they enjoyed...volleyball, basketball, a swimming pool, and the private river access! The ladies in the office and the property manager were also so friendly and helpful! This will definitely be our #1 house to try to rent for a large group again!

Although there was water restrictions and water was shut off during the night it really didn’t affect us that much. It came with everything basketball court, volleyball, pool and playground area.

There are 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms so plenty of room for larger groups. The outdoor area has basketball, volleyball, plus a pool. Plenty to do without having to even go into Garner State Park.
