The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Our group had a fabulous time. There was a problem with the bubbles in the hottub and with the door lock code, both issues were resolved quickly.

Several college aged young adults came with us to relax and enjoy the last few days before school started. There was not enough water to float the river but that didnā€™t stop the fun. We loaded drinks & sandwiches two of the days and headed to Nealā€™s water slid & water hole. We were able to enjoy good times, good conversations, many laughs and made great memories.

One side of the home and common area was much hotter than the other side. We could kind of understand the house being hot during the day, but all rooms were warm during the night and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Itā€™s a great house on the river with a view of the river. Great backyard with Astroturf where the babies could safely play Underneath a huge shade tree. Lots of room for everybody to spread out and the house came well appointed. Will definitely be renting this house again next year.

I rented Ryder's Ridge and my parents rented Kisiah's Bluff. The river was way too low to do anything on it but that's nature. There was plenty of room in the house and every room having its own bathroom was a plus. The only downside was not being able to control the thermostat because of it being code locked. One side of the house was super cold and the other side was hot. We still had a vacation we will never forget.

We did have quite a few issues with the heating of the pool, hot tub and the thermostat in the house. These are all controlled by the owners who live elsewhere so the rental company acts as the go between to control the temperatures. We were disappointed with this, however every other aspect of the rental and location was great!
