This is a beautiful 500 Sq Ft Cottage with private access (stairs). There is a full kitchen with all new appliances, an island, with seating. It's well lit, with a nice flatscreen TV, large bathroom, shower, and washer/dryer. Parking is on street, and Wi-Fi is fast! located 5 mins from downtown concord, and 5 minutes from the freeway.

Notice: I am a beekeeper, so there are beehives nearby. They are friendly, and no guests have ever been stung. Guests have been know to receive free honey 😉
