Stayed here plenty of times and this time was the last and final time! Found a cockroach in my bathroom (small brown ones) talked with the front desk (destiny) was told no manager would be there till Monday with an attitude! Bunch of tweakers walking around hotel and behind the fence. Workers are always snotty and this place has definitely gone downhill. No proud in this establishment!

Well maintained facility, inside and out. Clean, comfortable pet- friendly rooms. Outstanding front lobby team: friendly, professional and helpful. Great location less than a block from the highway; can drive anywhere in the area quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very rude employee @ check in. Annoyed that we arrived 5 min prior to checking in. Made to wait until exactly 3pm, then had to stand in line. Also, she was annoyed that we asked to use restroom in lobby.

I went to check in and they said they did not accept my chime credit card, I called Expedia to cancel the reservation, I was disconnected 4 times, I finally spoke with someone and they assured me that my card would not be charged but it still was, I am very angry and want the money put back in my account NOW!
