Pros:The BART is across the street, good free breakfast, and clean property. Cons: Only 2 towels for 3 people, no soap in the bathroom, not enough shampoo or conditioner, the television reception froze often and there are not enough parking spaces, even at $34 per night and we had to park in another lot.

Spacious and Clean Room

I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek. The lobby and common area is beautifully decorated with tons of room to sit and relax. My room was spacious and clean and there was a nice spread of food for breakfast. My only complaint would be that the parking garage spaces are a nightmare. I had to ask a complete stranger to help guide me while backing out because the spaces are so tight and poorly designed, so keep that in mind when choosing a spot! Overall a great stay.

Staff was rude at check-in. Tables at breakfast were not clean. There were toenails on the carpet in our room. The bathtub/shower doesn't drain well. It was great a couple of years ago, but it was incredibly disappointing this time around.

The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, not like what I’m used to at the Embassy. Kids took over the hotel. Definitely won’t be back

Mainly is that this hotel located right by the yellow line Bart directly from SFO International Airport, mid point to my relatives who could meet us without too much driving, perfect for our family reunion. I love shopping in Walnut Creek which is only 1 bart stop from the hotel, another great point for me to choose this hotel.

The breakfast was the best part. The parking situation is the worst of any hotel I have been in the last 45 years. Insufficient parking!!! Lack of streaming channels is outdated!! The toilet flushing system was clumsy to use. The design with the open air center made the hotel INCREDIBLY NOISY!!!👎👎

Staff very nice but understaffed. Parking far. Very noisy because you can hear everything in the lobby from your room. I found a guests clothes in the room when I checked in. After all that I went to take my daughter to the pool and it was closed. Really disspointed.
