I didn't have a coffee pot in the room for morningcoffee, the shower soap dispenser was empty so I used the shampoo for soap and there was no shower cap in the room. Otherwise everything was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet

The level of noise and commotion in the room above us was unbearable. Running jumping yelling screaming etc. Hotel mgmt. Tried to call the occupants but they would not pick up the phone. We were staying there as my wife was recovering from a hip replacement.

Toilet had to be flushed once and then flushed again to refill the water in it. Shower water pressure was non-existent and would drip water onto the metal drain cover for hours after being turned off. There was no body wash in the shower either. Parking was either expensive or impossible to find

They did an excellent job. Everything was amazing. We stayed there for a night for basketball tournament. Customer service was great and they’re all friendly. They are not strict with visitors unlike other hotels lol. Overall visit was great! 😊
