We all enjoyed staying at the Jones’ Inn in Confluence. The home was comfortable and well- appointed. It was easy to settle in, and we appreciated the little extras — kitchen had condiments and wraps, laundry and dish detergent was available for us to use, plenty of sheets and towels, fire pit and gas grill too!
There’s lots to do in the area — Confluence is near or a short drive from great hiking & biking trails, attractions, and water activities, including Ohiopyle and Fallingwater.
The town has a grocery and some shops and restaurants. We didn’t find a liquor store, (although beer is available at some establishments) so bring your own or drive to Uniontown.
One minor issue — it’s close to some active train routes, so be aware you may hear trains & whistles overnight.
The owner was gracious and responsive to messages; it was a pleasure staying here, and we’d be happy to come back!
