Called hotel as our grandchild, who we were travelling with, had come down ill and we were not going to be coming to the area as planned so we did not need the room. I explained the situation and was told by the manager that their policies did not allow any refunds. I asked if I could change the date and use the reservation later when my 9 yr old granddaughter felt better. The manager said no. Their policies did not allow for that either. The manager got upset when I said it was very poor customer service and I did not appreciate getting ripped off for that kind of money.
My family will no longer be using Expedia for ANY of our travel plans. I will sleep in my car first!!!!!!
Everything felt comfortable. I traveled with my son and two grandchildren as well as a cat and dog. Staff was friendly to all. The room and bathroom were clean and bathroom well stocked with towels! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Loved the larger refrigerator as my grandson has food allergies and we traveled with premade meals for him. Kitchen staff were amazing. Very helpful when my granddaughter made a waffle. And food selection was great so even someone with food allergies can pick up at least fruit and not feel left out.
Definitely would stay again!
