The first room was horrible, it smelled of cigarette smoke, the cushions didn’t even fit the couch. The chairs had stick burns and ashes all over the arms. The room stunk. I went downstairs and complained. They gave us another room. The other room is a little bit better not the greatest. I paid for a suite they wanted to give me a room on the first floor because I had a service dog, they wanted me on the first floor, but there were no suites on the first floor when my husband went downstairs to get some coffee they tried to tell him that he was not allowed to bring it back to the room because there is no food or drink allowed in the room. I was not very pleased at this hotel and will not return.

The place looked great, but the staff was okay. I did the early check in from online and it should have taken only a minute. But instead I got asked all the same questions I filled out earlier. Overall I would still stay here again, just a little inconvenient.

The hotel charge me for a room that I already paid for online. When I tried to bring it to her attention they were very nice about it but I'm still waiting for it to be fixed in the charge be refunded to my account. Other than that the breakfast was cold. Coffee was good.

Person checking us in, stayed on a personal call, with it on speaker, the entire check in process. They made me fill in some paperwork when i got there, after doing a early checkin on their site the day before. Beds are hard ,with hump in middle, making you sleep on the edge..
