Avoid this hotel please

It started at check-in. I told them my room was paid in advance but they recharged me anyway and I had to call my bank to get that taking care of. Once my family got to our suite there was a hole inthe wall, cuts in the curtains and a broken door knob. When we got ready to get in the bed there were bed bugs. So we had to gather up all our stuff praying that no bugs got on us or our stuff and change rooms. This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to my worst enemies.

It was really nice! Our toilet continuously run, one lamp didn’t have a light bulb, and another light bulb was going out. We loved the room wasn’t carpet and that the pool area was adults only 9:30pm until 11:30pm.

The gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a wide variety and was very good. I highly recommend this location.

Came here for a quiet get away and that's what I got. I was able to work during my stay, as well. The Wifi connection stayed speedy for two days, had no issues. If I had one complaint, it was the TV/TV remote. First, the remote had dead batteries. I had to go down to get new batteries. Then I got back up to the room, and it would work when I pushed maybe two buttons to change the channel or turn up the volume. Then, it would stop working and the light would be red, instead of green. The only work around was to remove a battery when the buttons quit working and put it back in. Repeat the same steps each time it quit working. Another customer saw me in the elevator with the remote in my hand on my way back with the batteries and he said "You having trouble with your TV too?". I felt better knowing it wasn't a ME problem (lol). However, it was little irritating. I ended up just watching my phone. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay, and I will be back. Especially to get in the indoor pool during the "After children hours"!

Ok for one night

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would of liked a chair to sit in and read a book. Also it was not easy to find...not right off the highway
