My room was not the best the bathtub was very staining and it looks very dirty the sink was very dirty and it had a order of smoking like someone who was smoking in the room so it was a short trip and I try to suck it up but I was not happy there

Filthy rooms

We were due to stay at this hotel for 3 nights, but due to the unclean hotel, we only stayed 1 night. We also requested for that night to be accounted, but was told no. We moved to 2 rooms the 1st one we couldn't get the shower to work and the 2nd one had dirty stain sheets, dead bug was on the bed and the tub was dirty! I stay was on May 21st, 2025.

The bath tub was not clean and the bed linen looked used. The room was cleaned after a couple of days and there was a noticeable difference. This confirmed that the room was not cleaned upon my available.

Horrible

Cable on TV wasn't connect and water in bathroom sink would not drain. Had to be moved to another room. The shower in the second room had mold and clean towels had hair that did not belong to me.
