We were disappointed that the elevator was out of service, we were on the second floor and have issues with our legs. We were impressed that the staff rose to the occasion when they found we have left important medication behind and contacted us to find a way to mail it to our home. This was much appreciated.

Ok but need better amenities

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I was a bit surprised that the shower had no hand rails or no non-skid surface in the tub. I wasn’t crazy with the fact there was no table side lamps or power sources bedside to recharge devices. The only usb port I found was on the desk of the room. No clock either. The lighting source by the bed were these bright lights above the bed with no way to dim. A little more thought into lighting and power sources is necessary. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too inconvenient but if I was staying for longer than 3 days I might reconsider this hotel. And good luck figuring out the TV guide and tuning to the desired channel.

Never saw housekeeping. Television in our 1st room was unplugged. When they plugged it in there was a burning smell. The stations were not synched . Breakfast was good

Property was good, but the pool is located adjacent to the lobby which is kinda weird. Additionally the pool was cloudy, so we were not going in it. That said the room was super clean and the topper was the breakfast! It was a borderline breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. Cudos to whoever runs the breakfast!
