Experience the best of holiday living. Swim or surf Copacabana's golden surf beach and tidal rockpool or kayak, fish or paddle in the lagoon. You can stroll from one end of Copa all the way around to McMasters Beach.

The Copa Beach House is near to the Rock Pool end of the beach - which is very popular with young children. There is a selection of cafes & restaurants to choose from, plus a bakery, newsagent and day spa. Good coffee, even by Sydney standards, just a short stroll away!

COPA BEACH HOUSE:
A recently renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom house, with a lovely outdoor entertaining deck overlooking a large grassy, fully enclosed backyard - just 200m flat walk to the beach.

OPEN PLAN LIVING AREAS:
Lounge room - Modern and comfortable leather lounge, large smart television. Reverse cycle Air Conditioning.

Dining room - stylish wooden table & chairs will cater for 6.

Kitchen - modern kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area. Includes: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample storage, glasses & plates. Superbly stocked kitchen. A high chair and port-a-cot is provided for those with babies/toddlers. The kitchen over looks the backyard & deck, which is handy to keep an eye out while the kids play.

LARGE COVERED DECK:
Enjoy the lovely undercover rear deck with an outdoor seating for 8 and barbecue, overlooking a large flat grassy backyard that is fully enclosed. Perfect for children, including a large children's swing set. Great yard for a game of cricket.

Perfect house for families with children! The parents will definitely feel like they have had a break. That is the feedback we hear all of the time.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from a chilled out day at the beach.

BEDROOMS:
Main bedroom: queen size bed, large built-ins & Reverse cycle air conditioner & ceiling fan.
2nd Bedroom: queen size bed & ceiling fan, drawers
3rd Bedroom: a set of bunk beds & drawers for storage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is large, with a separate bath and shower.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

You will need to supply your own linen ie sheets, pillow cases, beach towels, bath towels & mat, tea-towels.

Please note this house is NOT suitable for large groups of adults or teenagers. Parties and events are not permitted.

Note during school holidays, the Copa Beach House is only available for weekly bookings, from Saturday to Saturday.

Lock & secure house & return keys to agent by 10am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
