"Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer (Deluxe Zimmer) für die erste Nacht gebucht, weil unsere Flüge vorverlegt wurden. Der Ausblick auf die Copacabana war super und das Bett groß und bequem.
Das Frühstücksangebot war in Ordnung, jedoch war der Raum total überfüllt und laut.
Die folgenden 7 Tage wollten wir in der Suite des Hotels verbringen. Gebucht im September 2024. das wurde vom Rio Othon am 26.04.2025 storniert. Ohne Angabe von Gründen, ohne Ersatzangebot. Dadurch mussten wir kurzfristig eine passende neue Unterkunft buchen für die Reisezeit im Mai, was aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit herausfordernd und teuer war. Vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass es im Rio Othon Bauarbeiten gibt, die schon sehr lange bekannt waren. Schade, damit hätte das Hotel auch anders umgehen können. "
