Location was great, easy to get to in the centre of wonderful Copenhagen. Staff helpful, particularly on arrival. Room good. Only real downside was it was been refurbished. Looks like that work will be completed soon.

Very nice employees. Shower was slippery and did not have good handles for holding on. Room was very quiet. But, warm nights and air conditioning didn’t work well. Very clean. Great location for everything. Breakfast was very good, but a bit crowded.

Central location

It is an amazing location, the heart of Copenhagen. It’s not far from meter transportation hubs within walking distance of several museums and more importantly shopping. It is near iconic travel gardens really truly great places to stay.

Only property where we were downgraded and management was happy to do so. New room had two mechanical problems, one of which was fixable while we were there. Don’t expect any customer service from this management team! Their core competency is disappointing their customers!

We were disappointed in management inflexibility and stubbornness. We had made a request for some accommodations that were ignored and then they gave excuses. Don’t expect customer service from this hotel. Also lobby has the charm of a train station.

The location is really great, the breakfast plentiful and the room has everything you need and was a good size for a single room. It is quite noisy however both from the outside and from building work internally from quite early in the morning
