Upstairs: landing (library), shower room (walk-in shower) with toilet, bedroom (double bed), bedroom (2 single beds), bedroom (4 single beds including 2 bunk beds). Central heating with wood chips. Terrace. Private garden of approximately 2000 m², not enclosed, with football goal and plastic playhouse for children, ping pong table. Possibility of garage for bicycles or motorcycles. Outdoor spa for 2 people with a supplement of 80€ for the weekend and 100€ for the week to be paid on site. Cleaning fee included. MAXIMUM 10 PEOPLE AUTHORIZED. Magnificent and spacious Percheron farmhouse on a 70-hectare property crossed by a 3 km trout river, a delight for anglers. Marylène and Alain welcome you to their farm. A greenway is 800 meters away and shops in the village are 2 km away.
