Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room 2 bathrooms and beautiful balcony with amazing views.Swimming pool is 5 steps away from the main entrance. Award winning garden, private gated entrance and private parking. Only 15 min walk from Coreglia, 15 min drive from Barga, 40 min from Lucca10 min walk to supermarket butcher bakery and restaurant.
Pools are closed between 1.11 and 1.4 every year.
