Loved it

Lovely spacious villa, ideal location if you like a bit of peace and quiet, but also within walking distance to the lively resort of Sidari. Effie & John absolute lovely hosts and made sure that we were comfortable and made to feel welcome.Nice to have the use of the pool and bar in the hotel just across the road.

Relaxing stay in Corfu

My husband and I stayed at Bennett Estate in June and it was a true home away from home for our 11 days stay. It was our first time in Corfu and it couldn’t be any better. Effie ( the owner and our gracious hostess) provided us with everything we needed and a lot more. Nothing was too much for her and we felt very taken care of. The villa was new, very spacious and spotless. Effie provided clean towels to us every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, but we preferred to eat out. While in Greece
 The surrounding area with nice restaurants, super market and lovely Sidari beach is just 5 minutes drive. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a luxurious stay in Sidari to explore beautiful Corfu. Many thanks to Effie and John for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable. Already planning to go back there next summer.

Fantastic!

Our family stayed here last week and had a fantastic time. Effie,the owner, could not have done more to make us welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.This was our first visit to Corfu and it exceeded our expectations. Sidari is a lively little place and we found the Bennett estate perfect being just a short walk from the centre. We would all recommend it from granddad at 66 to the youngest of 6!

Wonderful residence in a quiet part of Sidari

Effie and John made us very welcome at the Bennett Estate from the moment we arrived with fresh flowers in the well stocked kitchen, until our departure after a relaxing holiday in the sun. They also provided useful advice before we arrived on airport transfers and car hire. As family group of 7, we stayed in the beautiful, spacious main part of the home, which was spotlessly clean and well services throughout our stay. The outside space is great with a dining area on a very large veranda, perfect for long evenings chatting, eating and drinking. We made good use of the nearby swimming pool at San George but were also made very welcome at Sunny Corfu Apartments pool, 5 minutes down the road. We would highly recommend the Bennett Estate as a great place to stay for those who would like a relaxing, quiet place to stay in easy reach of bars, restaurants and the beach.

Five star quality, beautiful, didn't want for anything. July 2018

Effie and John gave us the most heartfelt welcome, we stayed for ten days and did not want to leave. The villa is perfectly equipped for all your needs. Effie and John provided the essentials (Wine, eggs and water, even brought fresh calamari for us). I felt like i was at home with extended family. The villa is within walking distance to the main town of Sidari and Canal D'amour, Beach towels and toiletries are provided. Fresh flowers from the garden in a vase and fresh fruits from the trees in a bowl, I even went and picked lemons for our evening gin an tonics. This has been my 5th time staying in Corfu and it was the best stay of all. My partner and I had a bedroom with the on-suite (fantastic Jacuzzi bath) my step son and his fiancé had one room and her father had the other, we all felt that we had our own space. Effie and John provided lounger chairs that were so comfortable that we did not want to move from the balcony. Which for me was great, allowing my family to go off and do what they wanted and I stayed at home preparing dinner. I have had such a relaxing holiday, forgetting work and dreaming about living in Greece full time. I would fully recommend this accommodation for a luxurious break away. Bellissima villa, gentilissima proprietaria

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, la villa Ăš bellissima, accessoriata, dotata di tutti i confort. Camere spaziose, soggiorno ampio e divani comodissimi...La proprietaria Ăš molto gentile e disponibile,pulisce giornalmente l'appartamento ed Ăš sempre pronta a tutte le richieste. Spesso ci lasciava in frigo la frutta fresca :) La zona di Sidari Ăš un resort pieno di locali, ristoranti e negozi..dalla villa ci si arriva a piedi con pochi passi. Di fronte la piscina, gratuita, molto carina.

De Bennett Estate heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen!

Het huis is groot, super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft ruime slaapkamers, een zeer grote woonkamer en een keuken met oven, grill en magnetron. In de badkamer bevonden zich tandpasta, nagellak remover, shampoo en nog veel andere gebruiksartikelen. In alle kamers is een airco aanwezig en zeer veel bergruimte voor de kleding. De veranda's rondom het huis en de heerlijk ruikende rozen in de tuin maken het huis helemaal compleet. Elke dag werd het huis schoongemaakt en kregen we schone handdoeken en meerdere malen per week werd het bed verschoond. Het voelde alsof we in een 5 sterren hotel verbleven. Het strand, winkeltjes, cocktailbars en restaurants van Sidari bevinden zich op loopafstand (het huis ligt op een gunstige afstand waardoor je wel naar de drukte kunt lopen, maar er in en om het huis niets van hoort). Onze kinderen (allen rond de 20 jaar) hebben zich prima vermaakt. Als je toch met de auto wilt, kun je overal gratis parkeren. Mevrouw Bennett is een vrouw zoals wij die nog niet eerder hebben ontmoet. Een oprecht lieve vrouw die zich niet opdringt, maar er is als je haar nodig hebt. Iemand die het fijn vindt je te verwennen met de eerste vijgen of heerlijke druiven uit eigen tuin en en erop toeziet dat je een heerlijk verblijf hebt. Wij zullen zeker terugkeren naar dit mooie huis, dit gezellig drukke dorp en deze bijzondere vrouw! Tip eten: Italiaans/pizza bij Romana en China Town in Sidari of Panorama Vieuw in Peroulades. Wij hebben vooraf gereserveerd omdat meer mensen weten dat het hier lekker is. Bij China Town is dit niet nodig doordat het vrij groot is. Tip uitje: Quad safari bij Sunriders in Roda. Zeer enthousiaste man met veel informatie over het eiland, een leuke en af en toe spannende tour naar het hoogste punt van Corfu. Tot onze verbazing en geluk werd ons niets opgedrongen. We stopten een aantal keer om iets te drinken of te eten maar het was absoluut niet verplicht iets te nuttigen. Gezien de prijzen op de kaart raden wij aan er lekker voor te gaan zitten en een heerlijke salade of huisgemaakte spaghetti te nemen. Tip uitje: huur een boot op het strand van Sidari (geen vaarbewijs verplicht) en vaar naar Cape Drastis in Peroulades. Echt heel mooi!

Luxury home from home

We travelled as a family (6 adults) to Siadri to stay at the Bennett Estate and what a great time we had. The villa is very luxurious with all the personal touches, 3 large double bedrooms and 2 good size bathrooms (1 is an en-suite) with plenty of wardrobe space and all the crockery and cutlery you need to make this a real home from home holiday.The owner Effie was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us making sure that our holiday home was as comfortable as it could be. The pool is communal and across the road, (which we didn't find impacted on the holiday at all) it was a really lovely clean pool attached to a hotel which sells drinks and food at very reasonable prices and very friendly,. There are supermarkets within a short distance walk and Effie the owner very kindly drove us to a large supermarket to stock up the large fridge freezer the supermarket had great quality meats and general shopping. On the owners recommendation we visited a restaurant called The Panarama Sunset restaurant which was amazing the views were great and somewhere you must visit. Sidari is a very friendly resort with lots of restaurants (Greek Tavernas) within a 10 min walk Sidari would suit all ages and I would highly recommend staying at the Bennett estate nothing was ever to much trouble for the owner.
