The spaceThe bedrooms with their unique style, furniture and carefully planned details and the two living rooms, with the two Venetian fireplaces, declare the deftness of the architect through the big openings and the views which appear in front of you like paintings.
In all corners of the house there are ethnic objects and various pieces of furniture chosen carefully by the owners in their trips abroad, giving hints of culture from all over the world, as well as original paintings of unknown friend artists.
The place is widely open to the light. Your access to the sea is made easy by using a flight of stairs. The vineyard, the olive grove, the green mountain, all stand right in front of you, the olive grove, the green mountain which almost “plunges” into the sea, can be viewed from all rooms, from all parts of the villa, even from the big bathroom of the first floor, with the two bathrooms sinks, the huge bath tub and the balcony above the big olive trees.
Our villa consists of three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, each one of them having decorated in a different style with elegance and attention to detail.

The two spacious living rooms (one on the first floor, the other on the ground floor)
are the perfect spot in the house to enjoy a relaxing afternoon, alongside with your favourite beverages , after a long day.
The first floor includes the big bathroom with the two bathrooms sinks, the huge bath tub and a balcony above the big olive trees of the plot.

One the ground floor you will also find a large dinning space between the
veranda and the fourth bedroom, which offers a great view through the large windows that surround it.
The wooden kitchen, on the ground floor (following the style of the house where the wood is prevalent everywhere), with its ergonomic design, is absolutely convenient for every meal, since it has all the necessary equipment (big oven, big refrigerator, coffee machine, toast machine, blender, boil machine, dishwasher. A washing machine is available too. There is also a second complete bathroom.

The “veranda” (balcony), with the big comfortable bamboo sofas, is designed for pleasurable and relaxing summer moments. Especially while you are watching the absolutely magnificent sunset you feel
literally like a god. You mustn’t miss this unforgettable experience.

The Decks
Undoubtedly one of the strongest points of the villa. A special wooden construction located at the edge of the plot, just above the slope that ends to the sea.

Of course there is a tent to protect you from the sun and wooden furniture to make you feel comfortable and allow you to relax and enjoy the outstanding view.

As a guest of Beachfront Villa Meliti, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock. Free self parking is available.
