Luxury house overlooking the Marina

Marina View Luxury Home located up hill in Kontokali area 5km from Corfu Town. The luxury accommodation covers a living space of 150 sq.m and is situated on the ground floor of a building in a quite area with amazing view to the famous ‘Marina in Gouvia’. It is a three bedroom house that can sleep up to 5 people and features a unique large garden with swimming pool exclusively for our guests.
Entering the house there is an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area and a living room with fireplace and large flat screen TV. On your right there is a bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. Along the corridor on the left there is a second bedroom with single bed and baby cot if it is requested. Near the end of the corridor there is an office area and opposite a spacious bathroom. There is also a third master bedroom of the house that has double bed and en-suite shower.
From the large glazing door of the living room guests have access to a lovely patio with dining area. As an extent to that patio is a huge grassy and blooming garden with the large swimming pool and the stunning view to the ‘Marina’. There is nothing better for guests to relax by the pool on sunbeds or under the shade of the olive trees, letting children play and enjoying their vacation in such a place.
Marina View Luxury Home provides free Wi-Fi access, private parking space, basic soaps, bed and linens. The owners, who leave on the upper floors, will be there to welcome you, give you some tips for the home and the area and will be there to help you whenever you need, as long as their jobs permit.
A car is recommended in order to reach us; however in 1 km far from home, the district has many restaurants, super markets, ATMs, hospital, bus or taxi station.

Luxury house overlooking the Marina offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
