Reception staff very friendly. Hotel conveniently located just 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Cork. Room was very warm despite visiting in December however there is a fan available to use. Overall pleasant stay.

It’s a clean hotel although my room was a little tired and in need of some redecoration. The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. Location is good, on the river, close to the bars, restaurants and sights to in the Victorian Quarter. Food is okay, more like pub food, not restaurant standards but I guess it isn’t trying to be. Having said that, the buffet breakfast of Irish breakfast, fruit, pastries, teas and coffees was excellent. I’d happily stay there again if the price was competitive.
