Stayed 2 nights .. Arrived at hotel nearly 2 am with two kids. Got to room door, key wouldnt work. Had to go down to front desk to get card activated. Came back up, one of beds had all the bed clothes stripped. Went to front desk again. Staff member seemed confused. No regular rooms left. Gave as an “emergency room” where the TV didnt work. The morning we left, my partner went to use the iron and ironing board. The board was there but no iron.. Will only stay again if there is nothing else left in the city

There was no elevator which made it difficult for 2 seniors. I was told no housekeeping unless I requested it. When I di I was told I needed to give them 24 hours notice. Complimentary coffee not available as machine broke down. We were there for 3 nights! Never again.

My room was for 2 people, but there was only 1 chair in the room and no table. It’s difficult eating a meal in your room with 1 chair and 2 people! Shouldn’t have to sit on the bed to eat. But I did like the hotel and the restaurant.

Great location, the Hotel in general is great it’s just we where there for 5 days and nobody cleaned our room, you have to bring your towel to the laundry and ask for more every day ,there was dirt and dust under the bed from weeks before ,the shower fills up with water and when you pull the knob only a quarter of the water comes out of the shower the rest empties into the tub
