Beds were comfortable. Room clean, shower was good lots of HW. Cups for coffee/general use were missing had to go get some from front desk area. Restaurant attached to hotel and is open for breakfast

Had to request basic housekeeping and they made you feel like a burden and would say we will “try” to get to you. There for minor hockey tournament and staff were always telling kids to be quiet while just being kids.

When we arrived, our room was filthy. The floors were covered in what looked like dog hair, a film of dirt and dust all over the TV and counter tops, and it was very apparent that the bedding had not been changed, sheets were full of black hair and there were stains on the blankets. When we advised the front, he sent us back to the room with bedding to change the sheets ourselves with a promise that the room would be cleaned in the morning - it wasn’t. Our garbages weren’t even changed. This was not an acceptable stay.

Stayed a couple of weeks before - had wonderful service and comfortable king size bed. Stayed last night and walked pets around property and there was way too much litter. The hotel was noisy and the two double beds were uncomfortable.
