The house was lovely and well appointed. My family felt very comfortable there, and having an ensuite bathroom for every room was a must when we booked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great and convenient to shopping. The elevator was a bit iffy and we had to have it re-set while we were there and you need to walk up a full flight of stairs before you can access the elevator from the driveway, so if you are super reliant on an elevator, that may be one negative, but we really didn't need it, so that wasn't a negative for us.

We had a really nice stay at the Salted Rim Retreat. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a group, having multiple ensuites made everything feel comfortable and private for everyone. The layout is great for both relaxing and spending time together, especially with the pool and entertainment areas.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and worked perfectly for cooking meals during our stay. The location is also a plus, wclose enough to enjoy the area while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.We did experience a few minor issues during our stay, including a washer malfunction that left our towels soaking wet and leaked underneath the floor below the unit which was a bit inconvenient. However, what really stood out was how well the staff took care of us. Anytime we needed anything, they were quick to respond and very helpful, which made a big difference.Overall, we had a great time and made wonderful memories here. Despite the small hiccups, we truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back again. I give this place 5 stars .

Perfect location for beautiful sunrise, plenty of room to enjoy family and friends, the kitchen is perfect for preparing some deliciousness, the main deck is the perfect spot to see the ocean and glimpse of the dolphins, while the location is right down the street from driving the beach and exploring the wild horses. The fireplace unfortunately did not work during my stay and the elevator was inconsistently working so we decided not to use at all. Given the size of the house keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. We were fine using the stairs; but they will give you a workout lugging luggage and groceries. But I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Location is awesome. The view is amazing and fairly close to grocery stores and shopping. Attractions close by as well. Oceanfront with beach access steps away. Small issue with keyless entry battery resulting in some stress until rental company helped us enter house. We also thought we had beach equipment rental credit but wasn't given. House was wonderful. Great having all masters. Had a laugh with some squeaking mattresses and super high beds that needed a step stool to get into! Family had a great time and would stay again.

Family Vacation

We recently stayed at a lovely home in Corolla, OBX, with our family, and overall, we had a great time. The property was well-maintained and provided plenty of space for everyone to relax. Seaside Rentals made the booking process smooth and were very helpful throughout our stay.One thing to note is that the home has a lot of steps, which could be a consideration for guests who may have difficulty with mobility. Additionally, while the beach access is conveniently located, there are several steps involved in getting over the dunes, so be prepared for that.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings.

Liked having nine bedrooms and baths. Liked location to beach. Oven did not work—-had to order a part. Pool dirty when we arrived and didn’t heat up til end of week. Three lamps w no light bulbs—small thing but irritating. No pantry or storage for any food so all groceries had to sit out on counters all week. Minimal outdoor furniture for #people staying there. Awful landscaping compared to other surrounding homes. Looks neglected overall or needs better attention to details considering the price. Really dirty vents throughout. Theatre room and pool table nice as was outdoor grill and hot tub.

Family Holiday

The property is in a fantastic location right on the beach with grocery stores and restaurants only a few miles away. It is also very well stocked with great amenities like the theater room and the pool table. Plenty of parking that could probably fit six or seven cars. The domestic hot water worked well and there was very good showerhead pressure. Having so many bedrooms with king beds and TVs was a bonus.On the flipside, even though the hot tub was serviced on the day we got there it had sand in the bottom and is missing all the neck and headrest. Basically it’s just old and should be replaced. We also had an issue with the oven that failed on our fourth night. Customer service was fantastic and responded quickly,however, the part was not available and we did not have use of the oven for the remainder of our trip. Some of the beds seemed comfortable, but the majority of them were uncomfortable and seem to just be very old as well. The towels that were provided also seemed old and skimpy.

Spring Renewal Getaway

The house was perfect for a getaway of rest and relaxation. Open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and come together for meals, movies and games. The weather was perfect so we were able to open the windows and let the sound of the ocean and breeze come through the house. The upper deck was a perfect place to catch the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the group. Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms. We did a cold plunge in the ocean (and the pool) and appreciated having the hot tub to warm up. Plenty of walks on the beach and time to unwind. Hope to return next year.
