House was spacious and plenty of room for everyone! The deck is great and though you cannot see the ocean, you can hear it and it’s quite peaceful! Pool was great! hot tub jets were non working aside from one seat, notified property management and was not addressed before we left. This house has absolutely nothing - no salt, no pepper, no hand soap, and the pots and pans leave a lot to be desired. Make sure you bring all these things! Also, listing said there was a high chair and it was not there when we arrived. Notified management about this too and was told they don’t keep any children furniture anymore, which is fine but listing needs to be updated. Had to spend 75 to rent a highchair unexpectedly. There are two propane grills, and only one of them partially works (1/4 burners works). we were disappointed with the amenities that we paid for not being in working order. Overall we had a great stay, but I don’t think we will be returning to this property.

We enjoyed our stay, with some areas that could have been better. In general, I think we got a fair stay for the price we paid. The big hot tub was nice to have, as the weather was a little unseasonably cool...but the controls did not work properly. There should definitely be more chair around the pool for a house that can sleep more than 15 people....we only had nine people, but there were only 5 chairs.The house is in need of some updating, but it was very clean and we have no major complaints.The TV set-ups in every room were well done....but getting live TV stations would have been a plus for sports. A couple of sinks had some issues to deal with. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, but bring your own wine opener...could not find one. Cove Realty was responsive and easy to deal with.

Close to the beach, spacious, pool and hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, nice views. I loved how the top floor had no bedrooms so it was such a nice space to entertain.

It was fine but...

Overall we had a good trip and the house worked for us. It was unfortunate that the realty company requires us to buy all household items and linens for the unit. We were coming from across the country with a group of 14/15 year olds on a class budget. I was told ahead of time that we had to purchase the linens and a day or two prior I knew we had to purchase additional supplies: toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. This created a lot of trips to the grocery store as well as a lot of waste because we had to throw everything away even thought leaving toilet paper and paper towels and soap would really be helpful for the next renters. So inconvenient and wasteful that I will not rent with them again. Also the BBQ grills were both very gross so we did not even use them. One of the bedrooms smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that we couldn't have anyone sleep in the room. We were not high maintenance or needy but for how much it costs to travel to the area, I would rather go with a place that doesn't require so much work. The bedroom and the BBQ was disappointing.

Not a pet friendly home - BEWARE

This home is listed as pet friendly; however, it is not up to the cleanliness standards to be truly pet friendly or toddler friendly for that matter. While on family Spring break, our dog got into something (unknown at the time) resulting in an emergency vet visit at which time it was found she got into THC (not ours as we don't do that). The property refused to refund the pet fee, refused to own any of the issue. A toddler crawling around could just as easily gotten into something and if they refuse to clean their properties then they shouldn't list as pet friendly! This property is managed by a rental company whom operates as though it's 30years ago, refuses to communicate by email and demands you call them for everything, and generally shouldn't be allowed to use vrbo as it's not up to the same standards as other properties when I have to bring linens, etc.

House could be updated

The description of the rooms were different than we had read. The gas grill was falling apart and we had to ask for a new one. The blinds in the dinning room got stuck halfway up. Maintenance came and just took it down. He said he had fixed it several times. The queen bed in the downstairs room needs a new mattress. Controls on the hot tub needs replaced. There is an open power socket in the floor in the living room .The guys showed maintenance and he said he would check it out after we left. You can't plug in the lamp sitting there since it was pushed into the hole. He was a super guy and our men enjoyed talking to him. mattress.bed in the downstairs room

We had a large group who had plenty of room. The house was great and the property management was fantastic. This was the first time we've ever rented a property and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.

Very Nice Vacation

House was excellent, loved the great room and the arcade room. Was nice when the weather wasnt great for outside activities. The kitchen was big enough to cook for our group of 9, tons of lounging spaces inside and out. The hottub was fantastic for the time of year we were there. Our only complaint was the age/quality of the mattresses. The beds could use an update to make them more comfortable. Overall, would love to vacation here again! The Payne Family

When we arrived the shower in the basement was leaking, had maintenance there almost every day cutting a huge whole in the ceiling and they were working in our rooms and some of my family couldn’t use their bathroom. Stairs outside were disconnected and needed repaired. One family member with her baby fell through a faulty stair and hurt herself. Top balcony is not safe for small children, easily could fit through the wood and fall. A few lights were all burnt out including the whole back deck area. Not the vacation we had hoped for.

Corella Corella

We loved being in Corella. The only problem was traffic in and out of there. Cove Realty is very easy to work with and the people there are very accommodating. There were some very small problems but Cove Realty made it all right. Great vacation place.

House review

The house was in a good location, within walking distance of the beach and food lion. If your looking for a decently priced house in a good location for some friends this will do. Decent privacy from the houses on either side of you. Relatively clean though the upstairs smelled musty upon arrival due to half the sink being leaky and a tray of cleaning products sitting in a puddle of water under the sink. There were some damaged curtains and the master shower had a slightly dirty curtain.

Time in Corolla

We had an overall good experience staying at this house. The game room was fun to use and the hot tub was a already warm and was a breeze to use. The only two things that we didn’t like, we’re the lack of regular cable tv, and the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it to be. We weren’t familiar with Roku and it took a while to figure out how to set everything up so we could watch tv. Instructions would have been nice to have. Overall the house was clean but the floor was dirty in the kitchen and some places in the carpet were missed. We liked how close we were to the beach and surrounding restaurants.

My 1 week experience

The property itself was great very spacious. However I will say only because I wish I would have known prior this area is definitly for adults there isn't a lot at this time of year for kids and teens. However the house did help with the lack of things to do. The pool was great aswell as the arcade games in the game room!

We really enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub. The view is nothing but other houses, that are all taller than the few trees. We called it the legoscape, but wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a great trip! I would recommend it.

Perfect Week!

We absolutely loved our week at this property! Check in was easy, communication was great and they even called to check to make sure everything was good. The house was spotless and had every amenity you could need! The pool and hot tub were amazing with a beautiful and private back yard which was great for the dogs. We will definitely be coming back!
