Everything about the property was very comfortable except the bed. It was extremely high off the floor making it very difficult for me (6'2") to climb in bed, much less my wife who has Parkinsons.

When you send your customer their receipt for final payment a day or two before the reservation starts: include the following with that final payment receipt: (1) the front door code for the unit, (2) all check-in instructions, (3) all while-you-are-there instructions, and (4) all check-out instructions.
