sink aerator was clogged...gave us only 2 sets of towels and coffee accesories Smoke detector light shone on us no breakfast as promised on the phone when I called had to ask for a new room key and tv remote ceiling fan was filthy

It was a good stay except the sign says breakfast at 6-9am and we went and there was no breakfast. And also the shower did not work good. The drain did not drain water and water was coming out of faucet and shower and filling up bathtub when taking shower. Overall it was clean room. Thank you.

Staff rude the whole time. Key cards didn’t work so we had to keep going to the front deck to get in our room. And that guy is not nice at all. Acted like it’s our fault. Room ceiling fan had to much dirt it was black. Also advertised free breakfast and they didn’t have that. It’s just a lie.

Room was OK. I accidently booked a Smoking room. I'm not sure if he had a Non-Smoking available, but he wasn't going to let me change to one. The motel was not full. The listing showed Continental Breakfast, but he stated there was no breakfast. Coffee machine and coffee were in the room, but there were not coffee cups.

The room was dirty, dusty, dead spider on the bathroom door frame, slippery tub floor, no tub mats, the couch had several large stains on the upholstery. Receptionist staff was not courteous, no welcome. We will not stay there again or any of the Americas Best Motels.
