The BEST place to stay!

Very nice first floor condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 2 people or family with 1 or 2 little ones. Can hear surf at night. I really liked the company managing the property! They actually called us and told us the condo was ready for early check in! The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing is because it was described as beachfront where beach access more accurate. There is a path 1,600 steps to the beach, this unit is at the front of the property with 2 parking lots and several buildings from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

We had a nice experience renting this property. No problems lots of fun and rest. It was clean and had everything we needed to get started on a quiet stay. Only downside was that it was right next to office. Had some foot traffic.

Cute but yucky

Cute and looked clean but so much hair in tub drain I had to dig a lot out myself just to get it to drain. Air conditioner froze up second morning and had to deal with that. For the price I did not appreciate having to buy my own toilet paper after we used what was provided. The floor had a thin layer of sand that was yucky as we walked around barefoot. Dead roach on floor and something bit me on my back three times in bed on last night. They do not provide clean sheets except the day you check in. POOL: looked great until you got close and saw dead bugs and baby frog floating all over. Not just a few. Was gross. Calling about the air, the management people were nice and got it fixed as long as you never turn it down past 74. We were not happy. For the extra cleaning fees, it should be cleaned every day. Closet to hang clothes was full of chairs so clothes were not hanging straight. Will never stay there again. Only view was the front of my truck out the window. Had to empty own trash before we left. Just not cool

Relaxing & Cute

Overall the room was nice and clean, decorated cute. Communication with the property manager could’ve been more clear in the instructions on how to check in. We weren’t in our room for much of our stay so it was perfect for an adventurous family of 4 that will be a the pool or beach most of the time.

Our Getaway

We really enjoyed the closeness and accessibility getting to and from the beach as well as the pool. We loved grilling out a few nights as well by the big pool. The condo was clean and just enough room for the 4 of us to stay. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Awesome Stay

Everything was great! The only issue was trying to get the code to get in. I called twice on our way into Port Aransas (once after the check in time) and was told I would get a call for the code. We were already there waiting when we got the call to get the code to get in. However, the room was great, the pool was nice, and they had security checking the property which made us feel safe.

Loved our stay.. but the office lady at property(acts like why are you here and speaks to you as you should know everything upon check in) but only have to deal with her a few minutes. Also ice bags in cooler weren’t stocked entire trip.. no huge issues!!

Great getaway

love that the beach was just steps away, great way to spend qualitytime with family. Great communication with reality and they called us to let me know how to get key with a combination code for the lockbox on door. was easy and the room was nice and clean with everything we needed.

Perfect location

My son and I love to fish. This small condo was in a great location not far from beach (short walk), groceries, shopping, bait shoos, and fishing locations. The price is very reasonable for location. You have everything you need right their in condo. Dishes, pans, etc. very comfortable couch and beds. Also very quiet even though right next door to complex main office. I would rent again for sure.

Upon arrival had trouble with the toilet. They came immediately and fixed the problem. More than enough towels and sheets. Hot water, cold AC. Close to the beach. Concrete path for our wagon. Will definitely stay again in the future

Misleading Description/Unresponsive Management

The description of this property indicates that this unit was NOT damaged from the hurricane, however construction would be happening elsewhere on the property. We arrived late at the property so we were not aware of construction behind a shared wall, until the banging and jack hammer sound woke us up the next morning. I immediately notified the management and was promised a return call as soon as they could find out what was going on. I never got the call and again I expressed my frustration with the construction and the construction company taking up all then parking spaces. My husband and I are old and handicapped and we have stayed in the island many times. This was the absolute worst stay. DO NOT stay at this location until construction is complete on the grounds. The management company didn’t even try to make things right. Never again will I rent from this company.
