We have wonderful views of the ocean and our unit is recently remodeled, without the rate increase! Our efficiency is equipped with 2 queen beds, full kitchen and again, fantastic views of the ocean on a private balcony. Island Retreat has 2 onsite pools and BBQ pits. Wake up to the sounds of the waves or take a relaxing walk down our board walks that lead to the beach, marking your own personal foot prints on the sand. Enjoy the outdoor grilling by our cabanas located around the pool areas and surrounding grounds. April also has Sandfest weekend where beautiful sculptures that are created by professionals are shown and the guests come to celebrate the weekend. We welcome your stay, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

*Some condo owners are doing some remodeling. You may hear and see some construction workers during the day.*

This was my message sent to host...no response. Morning Natalie. We got in late last night. Two day drive from Missouri. I'll stop by the Office and share concerns beoow in a little bit and to get our parking passes.No Toiletries in bathroomNo washcloths in bathroomCleaning supplies left in showerPicture in kitchen downFound broken LED bulb in kitchen sinkBeach sign on balcony downBedroom window has side to bottom crack.SOMEONE (Room 132 Photographer) tried to enter our room. Door NOT secure. No inside lock. Lock code not changed!That said, this is a beautiful place. We love it and are very comfortable. And we just met photographer neighbor but thinking we need to change code please. Thanks!

This home is as described. As you walk in the front door you enter the Galley kitchen. This host has everything you need to cook meals. There is a coffee pot & a toaster as well. There are towels, hair dryer, and all you need to shower like shampoos & body wash! Very nice details that we appreciated. There are to very nice large queen beds that are very comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and watch the sun sets. You walk out of this unit to the left and the boardwalk goes directly onto the beach!! This was one of the main reasons we chose this home. We had no problems while here and will definitely be back! Thank you.

The condo was clean and very close to the short boardwalk to the beach. There were great sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. I would definitely come back and stay again. Check-in was easy. Check out was easy. Only downsides were: there was a leak from under the fridge, causing a puddle to form on the kitchen floor about once a day, so my son slipped and fell a couple of times in the kitchen. Also it seemed like the dishwasher was broken, couldn't get it to start after loading it at the end of our stay, and there was no alternative like a dish rack for hand washing. Aside from those things, it was great for me and my kiddo to stay the weekend. Thanks!

Great room with the best balcony view of the beach. It had everything we needed and the location was a quick drive to everything. It was also only about a 3 minute walk to the beach and that was fantastic. The pool was great too!We had one minor thing happen where the cleaning person was still there when we got there to check in, but the host Natalie made it right and was very quick/responsive about it. We would stay here again.. especially for that beach and sunset view!!

Sliding door was broke owner notified us a couple of hours before we arrived. If it's still broke DO NOT go out and close that door you will be stranded on the patio. No smoke detector. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower this place may be for you. It's obvious there is no pride and ownership. On a good note, it has a great view.

View is great! The condo could use some updates and repairs. Patio door handle was broken and the outlet on the wall looked like it had burn marks. When I contacted the owners, they already knew about the issues. Then our AC went out and we had to sleep with no air for one night…just fans. They got it repaired the next day.
