Pretty perfect beach house

We just did Labor Day weekend here, 4 adults and 3 kids. The house looks better in person than even the pics, a rarity. It’s a great combination of form and function. Our only complaint, 86 the wasteful, annoying Keurig and get a real coffee pot. The community pool is awesome and the food is wonderful. Palmilla is definitely a bougie paradise.

Perfect for girls trip!

Could not imagine a better place to stay with some girlfriends for the weekend! The house was very clean, and so beautifully decorated. The accessibility to rent the golf carts, beach chairs, and easy access to the beach dock made it so easy to take our ice chests and bags without getting a car sandy or having to carry it on our own. We had a little trouble with locking one of the side doors, so I sent a text and got an immediate response. They sent someone out to fix it right away! 5 stars all the way! Many of my friends said they would be coming back with their families/spouses!

Poor experience with Turnkey

The property was great. Turkey gave me inaccurate information about what was in the kitchen, did not provide me with the missing items, did not respond in the time frame they said they would, and different representatives gave me differing information. This is not to be confused with Palmilla Guest Services which was great. If there is anything you want to make sure is in the kitchen I would recommend bringing it.

Palmillo House

The house sits directly on the golf course and has great sunsets. The first thing you will notice is how clean and crisp the exterior looks. When you walk inside that initial experience doesn't change- very clean, crisp, and the decor is perfect. Beds are extremely comfortable to include the bunk beds. Kitchen is perfect with all that you will need. Great place to stay!!! Things you need to know: if you want to go to the beach and not use your car, then make sure you rent a cart($150.00 per day, seats 6) which can be rented at guest services as it is a long walk to the beach if you are carrying beach equipment(all the kids loved driving over the boardwalk to the beach). You can rent umbrellas and chairs for the beach and the staff will set them up for you($50 per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella). Lots of decks and sitting areas outside on both levels. Your family will love it! Only drawback would be the 4:00 pm check-in and the 10:00 am checkout. If they could make it a 12:00 check out that would be great. Not a drawback for us- but the kitchen, dining room and den are upstairs, so if you have someone that would have trouble with that you might want to check it out. I will recommend this house and will stay there again. Too much fun had by our entire group(6 adults, teenager, 4 yr. old, 1 yr. old)

Beautiful Home

It was everything we expected and more. Immaculate home stocked with all the necessities, Beautiful view of the golf course, short walk to the pool, short drive to the boardwalk that leads you to the beach, and on site restaurants are near by. It was quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back.

This property was very well decorated and the pictures are completely accurate, lots of patios and outdoor area as well. Just across the street from the pool. We had a great time and would come back for sure. The mosquitos were fierce bring plenty of bug spray.

Our stay was wonderful! The kids had a blast and we all really enjoyed the house and amenities!

House was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating for our party of 9. Kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and we loved how there was so much included from beach towels, pool noodles and so much more! The amenties are also wonderful!

Beautiful with Limited Amenities

I expect pretty close to amazing with a high end property and price tag. However it wasn’t awesome but just ok. Entry was very awkward to get to, carts and beach umbrellas were sold out, guest services terrible “ we nick named them non guest services”, pool is just meh, limited amenities like a Keurig machine but no K-cups, no counter top spray, drink coolers, to go coffee/drink cups, or toiletries beyond tiny bars of just ok soap and motel level shampoo/conditioner. They over shot in some areas (like every kind of pot/pan you can imagine) but under shot in things like no mixing bowls. However the place is gorgeous and tastefully decorated, but just come prepared because likely things you need may not be provided. Also no full length mirror or any beach supplies beyond towels.

Beautiful property overlooking Golf Course

This house was stunning! It had everything we needed from beach towels, beach toys, blow dryer, washer and dryer and kitchen necessities! All the TVs were set up and equipped with cable and Netflix. We all enjoyed two Astros games on the BIG livingroom TV. There is a big balcony overlooking the golf course and nothing obstructing the view. The guys were upset they didn’t bring their clubs! We really enjoyed our stay! The amenities like Movie Night at the pool and S’mores Night were fun for the kids. You will not be disappointed with booking this rental!
