This apartment in Corpus Christi was a very disappointing experience. The entire building is outdated and poorly managed, with no signs of proper maintenance. The entrance, elevator, and hallways felt neglected, and the apartment itself was in unacceptable condition. The kitchen cookware was dirty, unsafe, and unusable. The bedroom carpet was stained and looked unhygienic, closet doors did not slide, and the sofas smelled terrible and needed serious cleaning. Basic essentials like a kettle were missing. Overall, the place is far too old, neglected, and poorly managed. I do not recommend it at all.

This is comfortable place to stay while exploring north padre. We enjoyed watching all the birds fishing in the canal from the condo and the sound of water from the pool water feature. The condo spsce is comforable however the cable/satellite didnt work the whole six days we were there. My husband wanted to watch the NFL play off games so we called the manager who called the owner who said it was cable company, and they were working on it. Four days later my husband called the cable company who said the manager needed to come to the location and call them to trouble shoot it so the problem is that condo not an over all issue in the ares. Reguardless we would stay there again, just not during the play off season.

Budget friendly no frills

This is a budget friendly no frills option. The property is older and a little run down. We knew what we were booking, have stayed there on multiple occasions. The pool is a draw for the kids. It’s walking distance to souvenir shops, great pizza and a pharmacy. The biggest problem was the door code getting into the building. After a long travel day we were tired and didn’t need the extra hassle of waiting 1/2 an hour to get in. Turns out they changed the main door code but did not update our text messages or guest portal with that info.

Things we liked about our stay - close to the beach - close to restaurants - had a lot of towels/beach towels Things we didn’t like about our stay - The 10 digit code for the door - The bathroom door didn’t latch/lock - The code we were gave for the glass door was wrong/ had to call the support # - slow at responding to messages The main issue we had was our water got shut off for 3 hours. Called the support line and they couldn’t tell us why or how long it would take to get the water turned back on. I messaged the host and they didn’t respond till the next day/ send someone out to fix it.

Very nice accommodations

Easy location to find. Great place for 2 person stay. 10 digit code to get in was a little annoying. And shower head need to be replaced. Overall I would give it 4 stars based on some of the places I have stayed in Padre.

Great stay

I stayed here for my visit aS a guest at TAMUCC and it was great. I felt very safe, the space was very clean and spacious, my only gripe was the long code for the door but that’s not a big deal. Would absolutely stay again!

The overall experience was good with some minor issues
 first off the door lock is terrible, hard to lock and unlock and the ten digit code that it requires is a little much to try and remember so you have to look it up every time
 when we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working but after reporting it they were very fast to get a service person out to get that resolved
 the rug in the living room was filthy and I reported this as well and was told that someone would come out to clean it but that never happened
 the overall cleanliness of the place was great minus the rug
 the door handle in the bathroom was loose and didn’t work well and the shower head was not working very well either
 I chose not to continue to report every little thing but decided I would just add it to the review
 minus these things the place was pleasant, quiet area and it had a nice little swimming pool

Nice place but needs so things fixed.

Overall, the condo was clean and nice. A few issues we noticed that were concerning for us with small children (hence the 3 rating). One of the spindles is broken on the back patio is broken and definitely something a child could squeeze through. The chairs on the patio are past their useful life, it felt risky to sit in them without having them break. The kitchen light is burned out but the ceiling fan worked. While nice they provided laundry pods, they were left on top of the washing machine where a child could access and in a zip lock bag. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we found the plug for the tub. It was tucked between the shower curtain and liner. As such, we couldn’t bathe our toddlers. The toilet seat is broken on one side. The secondary deadbolt inside the unit does not work. The emergency exit for the unit does not match the layout. Lastly, not necessarily the units issue but more a complex issue. The front railing outside the unit is not stable. He leaned into it and felt like it would give way. Would I stay here again, yes. Just has minor things that could easily be corrected to make it 5 stars.
